Guzmania Monostachia, or more commonly know as West Indian Tufted Airplant, is a forb/herb (a forb/herb is a non-woody plant that is not a grass) of the genus Guzmania. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Guzmania Monostachia or West Indian Tufted Airplant‘s floral region is North America US Lower 48 and Puerto Rico, specifically in the state of Florida.
