Penstemon Serrulatus, or more commonly know as Serrulate Penstemon, is a subshrub forb/herb of the genus Penstemon. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Penstemon Serrulatus or Serrulate Penstemon‘s floral region is North America US Lower 48 and Alaska, specifically in the states of Alaska, Oregon and Washington.
