European Crab Apple (Malus Sylvestris)
Malus Sylvestris, or more commonly know as European Crab Apple, is a tree shrub with green foliage and white flowers of the genus Malus. It has a moderate growth rate and a height of 40 feet at maturity. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. It’s active growth period is spring and summer, blooms during mid spring and is intolerant of shade. Malus Sylvestris or European Crab Apple‘s floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the state of Utah.
