Barbarea Verna, or more commonly know as Early Yellowrocket, is a forb/herb (a forb/herb is a non-woody plant that is not a grass) of the genus Barbarea. Its duration is biennial or bi-annual which means it can grow or bloom twice, in the first year and the following year. Barbarea Verna or Early Yellowrocket‘s floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington.
